Debbie Smith is a Property Manager and Real Estate Sales Professional with 29 years of experience managing and selling properties throughout Texas. As Principal and Founder of Sienna Properties, Debbie offers a 'complete accountability' approach to Property Management and Sales. Drawing on her extensive industry knowledge and expertise, she handles a full range of sales, leasing and property management services for her residential and commercial clients.

Eric Pesek is a Property Manager and Real Estate Sales Professional with over 12 years of experience managing and selling properties throughout Texas. As co-owner of Sienna Properties Eric handles a full range of leasing and property management services for both residential and commercial clients. Eric has served on the local board of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) since 2007 and will be the chapter President for 2010. He holds the designation of Residential Management Professional (RMP).

Laura Chandler is the newest property manager of Sienna Properties.

Laura recently moved to Austin from Beaumont Texas and she has many years of experience in Human Resources and general office work. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and holds a BBA in International Business. Laura is currently a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

Toni Bondonzi is a Real Estate sales consultant with over 12 years of experience. Toni specializes in residential and investment real estate and prides herself on providing the very best in customer service. Her motto is "It's not about the Sale, it's about the Relationship". Toni holds an ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) and is working on obtaining her CCIM designation in commercial real estate.

Beckie specializes in Residential Sales and Leasing, with 14 years of experience helping buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords meet their real estate needs. As an Austin native, Beckie understands the Austin lifestyle and is deeply rooted in this community; she has great love and respect for all of the Texas Hill Country, and especially for Austin. Beckie graduated from St. Edward's University with a major in Finance, and has been a member of the business community here for over 20 years.

Conner Pesek is Sienna Properties youngest member. Conner enjoys bringing happiness to the clients of Sienna Properties by delivering big smiles and endless entertainment.

Conner is currently in training to become the future President and CEO of Sienna Properties.

Merrideth assists in our day to day office functions. Merrideth has a degree in Animal Science and is a Certified Pet Care Technician. She joins us for a career change since becoming a mom and we appreciate her hard work and enthusiasm!
